1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Poac's Shop ("we," "us," "our," or the "Store"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Store or purchase our products.
2. Products
We sell digital software products, delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped. All sales are for a license to use the software as described on the product page, not a transfer of ownership of the underlying code or intellectual property.
3. Eligibility
By purchasing from the Store, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction and that use of our products does not violate any law applicable to you.
4. Payment
We accept payment via card (processed through Stripe or similar payment processors) and cryptocurrency. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider or crypto network.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically and instantly upon successful payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to ensure your account/contact details are accurate so delivery is not disrupted. If you do not receive your product, contact us through our support ticket system immediately.
6. License & Restrictions
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal use only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or leak the product or license key
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the product for any unlawful purpose
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of access without refund.
7. No Refunds

8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any product or account, without refund, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or undetected operation of any software sold.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poac's Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access to third-party platforms or accounts, or any damages arising from use or inability to use our products.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
